Building the northern-most port and multimodal processing facility on the Great Lakes at Red Rock, ON. As the closest port to production, Red Rock was selected by Rock Tech Lithium in 2024 as the location for their European-engineered lithium converter.

Development of the Bioveld Niagara Multimodal enterprise park in the heart of Niagara’s EV development corridor, attracting $2B+ in investment. A HOPA (Hamilton Oshawa Port Authority) partnership project just 30 minutes from the United States Border and 45 minutes from major Canadian highways.
