John Veldman

Three brothers, a wheelbarrow and a truck is how John started his career in the landscape design, build and maintenance business. Founded in 2001, John went on to become the CEO of Courtland Landscaping and Grounds and has profitably grown the award-winning 100-plus employee company into one of the largest property management companies in Southwestern Ontario.

Besides bringing his business leadership and project management experience to his Managing Partner position at BMI, John is also a Managing Partner of Velox Wireless, a wireless internet service provider, and actively applies his technological fluency to BMI’s development framework.

As a community-oriented and dedicated father with a vested interest in the future, John serves on multiple local committees and charities.
