Historic Stratford

Original Knox Church

Originally built in the 1840s, Knox Presbyterian Church (Copperlight) has stood at the corner of Ontario and Waterloo streets for most of the city's history. It was rebuilt in 1914 after a massive fire destroyed much of the building.

Congregation of partnerships

Strong partnerships are key for pulling off the revitalization of this historic building. With the help of Samen Investeren, SACC and the Knox Next Stage we aim to guide Knoxs to the Copperlight: A community hub for creative expression.
