Lot 44 is a multi-use two-storey building in the heart of Stratford featuring a restaurant and sleek, modern office spaces on the main floor, and five luxurious full-service apartments with hotel amenities on the upper floor. BMI renovated and re-opened this beautiful mixed-use space in 2022.
